Removable ground anchor
There are several ways to anchor timber walls to a concrete base slab or concrete plinth. With Modulix, we have developed an innovative system that is suitable for closed timber frame walls and CLT walls. A mounting sill is no longer required.
What makes Modulix special is that it is demountable and therefore suitable for reversible construction. In addition, it is height-adjustable from 12–30 mm, even with the wall element already installed. Load transfer is centered in the middle of the wall. Installation works without expensive special equipment. The installation tolerance is ± 3 mm in all directions.
