Order, payment and shipping
Yes, you must be logged in to view prices and specific pages. This works very easily via the login page at the top of this website. You will shortly receive access and can then order immediately.
We address this online shop exclusively to corporate customers. Look out for a SIHGA system partners in your area.

You can now benefit from the delivery guarantee for items in stock. This means that all orders with items that are in stock in sufficient quantities will be shipped on the same day if the order has been entered in the system by the following time:
Austria Monday to Thursday until 4 p.m. Friday until 12:30 p.m
Outside Austria Monday to Thursday until 3:30 p.m. Friday until 12:00 p.m
Outside Austria Monday to Thursday until 3:30 p.m. Friday until 12:00 p.m
This applies to all orders and, of course, to all order channels! In this way, you are guaranteed to receive the required products on time and are also prepared for short-term orders. Of course, as always, you can find out more details from your SIHGA application specialist in the field.
You will receive your invoice by email.
SIHGA system products always have all the components included. Nothing is more unpleasant than having to abandon a construction site because components are missing or the parts don't fit together. Our technicians come from practice and know the difficulties you are confronted with every day.
The assembly instructions are always enclosed with the SIHGA products. You will also find all technical information, links to 3D data (CAD or BIM data), application videos and assembly instructions for each product in the online shop under the "Download" tab.
You can obtain SIHGA products marked "Price on request" from your application specialist.
