TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION – INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK 

This competition is organized by SIHGA GmbH | Gewerbepark Kleinreith 4 | 4694 Ohlsdorf bei Gmunden | Austria as the operator of the "sihga.austria" Facebook and "sihgagmbh" Instagram accounts ("Organizer"). Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.  

This competition is not affiliated with Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook/Instagram (Meta). The organizer is the sole contact and responsible party.  

Participation in the competition is free of charge, voluntary, and not associated with any obligation to purchase. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 by the start of the competition on August 7, 2025, are eligible to participate. Participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted. Employees of SIHGA GmbH are excluded from the prize draw.  

Participation in the competition is subject to the participation criteria listed in the post. Posts/comments that violate Facebook/Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon discovery. The participant will then be excluded from the prize draw.  
Arrival and departure are individual and must be organized by the participant.

The prize is:    
A day of introductory sailing with skipper Marc C. Simmer on Lake Traunsee in the Salzkammergut on the SIHGA II. The winner can choose any day from the dates listed above.

PRIZE DRAW  

The prize will be drawn after the end of the competition period in a public draw, ensuring that the winner is chosen at random. The winner will be notified by the organizer via private message. Winners must send their contact and address details via private message to the "sihga.austria" Facebook account/"sihgagmbh" Instagram account within one day (from notification of winning). The winner is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data they submit. There is no obligation to accept the prize. If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize within the above-mentioned period, their claim to the prize shall expire without replacement and a replacement winner shall be determined using the same procedure. Cash payment, payment in other material assets, or exchange of the prize is not possible. Prizes are not transferable to third parties.  

MISCELLANEOUS  

The organizer is generally not liable for the accuracy and completeness of all information and reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this option in particular if, for technical or other reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
